Sew It! - Old Sews

I first learnt to sew with a machine in high school, and have dabbled on and off ever since. My nan gave me her singer, an old electric Singer, but that died about 12 years ago now. I've had my current Singer ever since, a slightly more modern but still incredibly basic electric one!

5-6 years ago I started making baby comforters and accessories, such as taggies and playmats, which I sold online and through local baby boutiques. Unfortunately my health problems became too much to maintain the commitment and I had to cease trading. My joints are affected by arthritis, so I can't always cut or sew fabric. I tend to swap between hobbies depending on my abilities that day.

This is my photo archive covering the last year or so of sewn projects -
